By creating an account or using JarvisUltimate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is operated by ULTIMATEFILES - UNIPESSOAL LDA, NIPC 518591719, Praceta Dr. Barbosa de Magalhães, n.º 41, R/c, 2775-162 Parede, Portugal.
JarvisUltimate is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to help creators and businesses create original content (images, videos and captions) and publish or schedule it on their own Instagram and TikTok accounts, through the official APIs of Meta and TikTok.
To use JarvisUltimate you must be at least 18 years old. To publish, you need an Instagram Business or Creator account and/or a TikTok account, and you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the policies of those platforms.
You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at contact@jarvisultimate.com in the event of unauthorised access.
The service is provided on a monthly or annual subscription. Prices are shown on the pricing page. The billing period starts on the activation date of the paid plan. Annual plans have a 20% discount.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account area. Access remains until the end of the billed period. Partial refunds for unused periods are not issued, except where required by law.
You retain all rights to the content you create through the platform. You grant JarvisUltimate a limited licence to process and publish that content on your behalf, as instructed. We do not publish content without your explicit authorisation.
It is prohibited to use the service to publish illegal or defamatory content, spam, content copied from others without rights, or anything that violates the Instagram Terms of Use or TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
JarvisUltimate operates in compliance with the Meta Platform Policy and the Instagram Terms of Use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service also complies with those policies. When publishing to TikTok, you must also comply with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and, for commercial content, the Branded Content Policy.
JarvisUltimate is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months.
We are not responsible for changes to the Meta or TikTok APIs that may affect how the service works.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. If we terminate an account on our own initiative with no fault attributable to the user, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
We may amend these Terms with 30 days' prior notice by email. Continued use of the service after that period implies acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
